Dragon Dowser is a solo journaling ttrpg that I loved doing layout for. The book is a reference guide for a card based game. The cards are the chance mechanic and each card has text in the book based on its suit that prompts the player to react by journaling their role-playing. 

For the layout I focused on accessibility, keeping paragraphs easy to read and using a dyslexia friendly font. I also wanted the book to be easy to flip through as a guide book for the actual game. The pages with prompts each have a banner that goes to the edge so that when the book is closed you can see which section by color is where. In addition under the page numbers of these sections is another indicator of the suit.
