About I Crave the Loop:
I Crave the Loop is a rogue-like 1-2 player game where you play keep-away with your midnight snack from a "cat"-like creature. The game plays on the border of horror and ridiculousness based in the very real life experience of having your pet stare into your soul while you try to eat. Gameplay involves eating a real-life snack, and moving tokens across a map littered with items and terrain to aid (or hinder) you in the chase.
The game title comes from an old meme of a cat standing on its hind legs carefully eyeing a bowl of fruity looped cereal. This origin led me to be inspired by cereal box packaging, which we referenced on the back cover of the game and the contents page primarily.
I Crave the Loop was written by Jon Boyle, and Art by Bri de Danann. You can find the game here.
